Payment can be made by etransfer to Pumpkinfest@pumpkinfest.com or by cheque to Waterford Lions Pumpkinfest.

Drink Tokens will be sold by the Waterford Lions for $7.00 each, and we will keep 25% of sales.

We will send out a cheque to you following the festival with your 75%.

Payment must accompany application to confirm spot and must be received 30 days prior to the festival

This fee is applicable for EACH 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth space.

Vendors must supply their own cords, connectors and cables which must be in good working condition

Vendors are responsible for ALL tables and coverings.

Thehours of the event are:
Friday October 18– 6:00 pm– 10:00 pm
Saturday October 19– 2:00 pm– 10:00 pm
Sunday October 20– 11:00 am- 3:00 pm

All exhibitor booths must be in place and operational prior to the opening of the event.

Vendors are required to bring their own utensils, materials, etc. (cups and ice will be provided)

Vendors serving alcohol must have all staff handling alcohol in their booth “Smartserve” certified, and they are expected to carry their card with them at all times.

Vendors must follow the AGCO guidelines.

Vendors can be held legally liable for the safety and sobriety of their customers.

Overserving of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated.

DuetoNorfolk County requirements, each vendor must provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of no less than 2 Million Dollars. Both “The Lions Club of Waterford” and “Norfolk County” must be named as an additional insured.

Pumpkinfest safety regulations will have to be followed.

About the Beer Garden

The Beer Garden is located at the main Pumpkinfest event area on Church Street East. There will be local craft beer, cider and wine for you to enjoy! Meet up with friends old and new and listen to the entertainment on the main stage too! No admission fee.

No personal alcohol will be permitted inside the Beer Gardens. Bags, purses, knapsacks etc. may be subject to search prior to admission. Must be 19 years of age or older for service.
