Enter the 2026 Waterford Pumpkinfest Clothing Design contest
Engage within the community, and enter the Waterford Pumpkinfest Clothing Artwork Design Contest for a chance to win and have your artwork design featured on Waterford’s authentic pumpkinfest Clothing for 2026.
Contest prize
The winner will receive a custom Pumpkinfest plaque and an official Pumpkinfest prize pack valued at $100, which includes:
- One (1) fleece top with their winning design
- One (1) t-shirt with their winning design
- One (1) Pumpkinfest ball cap
The winner will also be featured on the official Waterford Pumpkinfest website and social media accounts.
The winning design will be selected through a jury process. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and announced on the Pumpkinfest website and social media accounts.
Contest rules and guidelines
- Contest submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, March 31
- All participants must be a resident of Norfolk County to be eligible
- One (1) entry per person
- Design MUST be original artwork; no clip art or stock images will be accepted
- Design must identify with the mission and values of Waterford Pumpkinfest
- Design must be family-oriented; inappropriate images will not be accepted
- Design must include the words “Waterford Pumpkinfest”
- Design must be suitable for embroidery and silkscreen applications on fleece and T-shirt/jersey fabric
- Design size must work on both adult and infant-size clothing; recommended design size is at least 10” (25 cm) wide
- Recommended design proportions are landscape or square; avoid portrait or taller designs
- Avoid small design details as they may be lost at smaller sizes
- Design can include a maximum of 3-5 colours of ink; this includes black and white (the background is not considered an ink colour)
- Submitted design files must be less than 25 MB, photos of artwork are acceptable; the original artwork will be requested from the winner; a different graphics format may be required
- Please choose solid colours for the artwork image; the artwork image must work well for silkscreen, heat transfer or embroidered on a fleece top or T-shirt
- Submissions become the property of Waterford Lions Pumpkinfest to be used for other graphics, promotion, print or web purposes
- All decisions by the judges are final
