Payments

Payment can be made by etransfer to Pumpkinfest@pumpkinfest.com or by cheque to Waterford Lions Pumpkinfest.

Set up

Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Waterford Tricenturena, 32 Church Street East, Waterford, ON

Operational hours: Friday, October 17, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 p.m
Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m
Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Rules

1. All Vendors must have liability insurance.

A. Additional insured on your policy must be in place as follows:

○ The Lions Club of Waterford, 53 Church St. West, Waterford, Ontario, N0E 1Y0.

B. Additional insured on your policy must be in place as follows:

○ The Corporation of Norfolk County, 50 Colborne St. S., Simcoe, ON, N3Y 4H3.

C. Certificate of Insurance providing proof of coverage for the event with a minimum $2 Million liability coverage.

D. A copy of the Vendor Certificate of Insurance to be sent to outdoorvendors@pumpkinfest.com and provided no less than 15 days prior to event.

2. No sale of any item with “Waterford Pumpkin Festival,” “Pumpkin Festival,” or “Pumpkinfest” on it.

3. Vendors must supply their own tables and coverings, chairs, extension cords, power bars, connectors, and adaptors.

4. All tents must be fire-rated with the label on the tent or provide the paperwork from the manufacturer.

5. Vendors must have a minimum 2A-10BC Fire Extinguisher that has been inspected and securely tagged within the last 24 months prior to the Pumpkinfest date.

6. As an outdoor event, you are responsible for dealing with all forms of weather, so please be prepared. The festival does not have items on hand to assist with items like excess water or wind.

7. The organizers have the authority to close the operations of the vendor on-site if not abiding by rules.

8. No Refunds.
